Service Description

Complete herbal consult: You will be sent an extensive questionnaire via email. Once you have filled this out, I will use the information to determine individual body chemistry, health and trauma history that may be contributing to disharmony, supplements/medications, photos, etc. This information is usually only gathered once. From here, we will schedule an in-person call to collaborate and decide which issues/body systems to begin bringing into balance first. After a few days, I will send you a follow up email. Recommendations will be made on lifestyle/dietary changes, supplements, herbal protocol. At this time, complete protocol will be provided, including instructions for acquiring and formulating herbal supplements at home (if desired). At that time, you will also be sent a breakdown of the cost and time considerations between at-home formulation vs. practitioner formulation so you can choose the option that is right for you. These sessions do NOT include pricing for your herbs or supplements.
